When was the last time you gave without expecting anything in return? Or received without feeling the need to give back?

We want to honor this month where we focus on love as a society and we are opening up this week's Expanse as a Love Offering, free to anyone who wants to join.

This Wednesday, we invite you into a practice of giving and receiving with presence and intention. Through guided partner work, you’ll have the opportunity to offer something—a supportive touch, a grounding presence, a moment of connection—then switch partners and receive in return.

Imagine stepping into your day without expectation, knowing that the energy you give will always come back to you. Imagine asking for what you truly need—not what’s easiest to receive, but what nourishes your soul.

A grounding hand on your back.
A moment of stillness.
A shared breath.
A presence that simply says, "I see you."

This special Expanse is completely free as a gift to our community. All we ask is that you register ahead of time so we can prepare for your arrival.
